• Inner foam wrapping for shock absorption
• Custom-fit corrugated box with reinforced corners
• Outer wooden crate for heavy stone and brass murtis
• Fragile handling labels and orientation markers
• Moisture-resistant wrapping for humid climates

We deliver to all states and union territories across India including:

And all other states and UTs across India

Delivery charges are separate from product price and will be confirmed on WhatsApp after order placement.

• Within Gujarat: ₹100 per murti
• Other Indian states: ₹200 per murti
• Heavy / oversized murtis: Actual courier charges apply (will be informed before dispatch)
• Store Pickup: No delivery charge — visit our workshop in Dwarka, Gujarat

All orders include complimentary shipping insurance covering the full value of your murti against transit damage. In the rare event of damage during shipping:

• Document the damage with photos before unpacking fully
• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund
• No additional cost to you for insurance claims

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and email. Our team also proactively updates you at key milestones:
